HRCPP telemarketing starts calls to Presidente Venceslau; service already operates in six other municipalities

The telemarketing service of the Hospital Regional do Câncer de Presidente Prudente (HRCPP) started on Friday (22) calls to President Venceslau (SP). According to the HRCPP fundraising agent, Silvio Melchior, the calls are made to solicit donations that help in the costing of patient care.

“In addition to President Venceslau, other six cities already receive calls: Presidente Prudente, Álvares Machado, Regente Feijó, Pirapozinho, Presidente Bernardes and Santo Anastácio,” explains the fundraising agent.

Apart from the seven municipalities that are already receiving calls, the service will link up with another 38 that are also part of the Regional Health Department XI (DRS 11), that is, cities that the population can be treated in the HRCPP. Another predicted action is the connection to mobile phones that have DDD 18. “We had already made the calls to mobile phones for a week, a trial period. Cellular phone calls have been discontinued until operational service change, which will happen shortly. They only call, if necessary, in case of return of calls to donors, “Silvio says.
