Mayor of Presidente Prudente articulates partnership with HRCPP to make Mutirão da Saúde viable

The mayor Ed Thomas and the deputy mayor Izaque Silva received yesterday afternoon (10), in the office of the Municipality of Presidente Prudente, the board of the Regional Cancer Hospital of Presidente Prudente (HRCPP) to discuss possible partnership for a Mutirão of Health, with the offer of several specialties and the purpose of meeting the demand and zeroing queues for the population, especially oncological specialties.

In this joint effort, the services of the Municipal Health Network in Primary Care and more complex tests that are not offered by the municipality would enter and would be performed by our hospital, in the area of ​​oncology and tests such as radiography, biopsies, X-rays, tomography, resonances, endoscopy, among others.

The Mayor requested the Secretary of Health, Delton Ferraz, and Deputy Secretary Marco Aurélio Lúcio, a survey of the health demands to define which exams will be offered in this task force in partnership with our hospital according to the needs and comorbidities. The referral must be made by the Health Units.

At the meeting, HRCPP, President Felício Sylla, Superintendent Mayara Moraes and Treasurer Jorge Guazzi were represented. Participated in the meeting, the team of the Municipal Health Secretariat, the secretary Delton Ferraz, the assistant Marco Aurélio Lúcio, the technical coordinator Ramon Garcia and the medical supervisor, Glauco Bazzo.
