HRCPP will have the 5th Mega Agribusiness Auction

It was held last night (13), on the property of businessman Osmar Capuci, the first meeting of the Agribusiness Commission for the implementation of the V Mega Auction in favor of the Regional Cancer Hospital of Presidente Prudente (HRCPP).  Directors of the institution and agribusiness entrepreneurs were present to present the results of the other four editions and discuss strategies for this year’s edition, which will be online, and is aiming to raise about 3 million reais for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the HRCPP.

In the occasion, the president of the HRCPP, Felicio Sylla, thanked the fundamental support of the agribusiness. “Without your support, we would not be able to provide more than 7,000 consultations every month. Agribusiness is one of the pillars so that the hospital can continue to receive patients from all over the region. May God bless you all,” thanked the president.

In addition, the hospital directors gave Mr. Osmar a plaque to thank him for his essential participation in the process that allowed the accreditation of the institution to the Unified Health System (SUS).

HISTORY

From its conception to its current stage, the HRCPP has relied on the support of the Agribusiness. With volunteers from several regions, the Agribusiness Commission has already held four Mega Auctions and a concert by the duo Fernando & Sorocaba. The events raised R$10,904,410.70 and were used to finish the construction of the HRCPP, to purchase equipment, and to pay for supplies and medicines.
