Philanthropic Association for the Protection of the Blind in Presidente Prudente benefits patients from HRCPP through social action

The Philanthropic Association for the Protection of the Blind of Presidente Prudente donated, last Wednesday (11), 30 wool shoes to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment at the Regional Cancer Hospital of Presidente Prudente (HRCPP).

The action is part of a project that aims to make these items to warm up patients in socially vulnerable situations at the HRCPP and the Elderly at Lar São Rafael.

The shoes were made by users of the service with low vision and volunteers from the Association, through the mediation of the arts monitor, Lisandra Ferruzzi Garcia, with support from the Association “Mulher Unimed de Presidente Prudente”.
